Our Annual Breakfast is SOLD OUT!

Possibility of all Possibilities

Thank you so much for supporting our largest fundraising event of the year and this powerful morning of discovering the possibility of all possibilities for our youth! This year, our youth speakers are busy writing their own stories of possibilities to share with you in a unique story tellers’ format. The event will feature a few or our youth and mentors that are truly living their Possibility of ALL Possibilities.

In true cliff hanger fashion, here’s a sneak peek from a few of the stories our youth and mentors will have the courage to share at the breakfast:

“You see, I was struggling. Struggling to find a place to fit in. Struggling to fit in my family. Struggling …”

“I had no idea how I could help her. This bright, seemingly happy young woman. I wondered why she needed a mentor …”

“You can imagine the look on the kids’ faces when they saw me, a grown man with a “high powered job, who looks like me, with my New York accent and attitude”, sobbing like a child …”

“It’s hard, I want to look to the future, but I know I need to face my past to get there …”

Big News …

This year, the breakfast will feature a first ever $100,000 Match Challenge.

It’s simple! When contributions reach $100,000 the morning of the breakfast, an additional $100,000 will be unlocked, doubling the impact of your investment in the lives of our youth!

There are still sponsorship opportunities available for this powerful morning of storytelling.

If you were unable to secure a seat and still want to make your annual gift, please give today!

John Graham – A True Arizonan

John Graham is legacy leader for Phoenix. He is an inspiration to many with his unending commitment to our community. His list of charitable and civic affiliations is as long as the portfolio of real estate projects at his company Sunbelt Holdings. He has served on almost every major board of directors in the Valley and guided solutions for many of our state’s greatest challenges.

We are grateful for his leadership at New Pathways and sat down with him to learn more about his passion for our mission:

What motivates you to give your time and resources to advancing the mission of New Pathways?
I was introduced to the mission of New Pathways about 10 years ago and saw immediately the long-term benefit to our community by helping our most at risk youth realize their greatest potential.

What personal experiences drive your desire to give back?
Have you met Christy? She is a force of good for the youth of our community. Her passion, drive and dedication to the mission at New Pathways keeps me engaged in the future of the organization. I am committed to helping them move strongly into their future by ensuring that their work continues to be sustainable while meeting their goal of doubling impact through youth served, mentors recruited and talented staff trained.

What is the Board doing to advance the mission/vision of New Pathways?
Over the past two years, the Board has become laser focus on the mission of interrupting chronic poverty across Phoenix. They have put in the hard work and built the foundation to meet a list of ambitious goals. I am excited to support them during this critical time in their history and am thrilled to chair the new Advisory Council and guide the team to success.

What advice can you give to encourage others to get involved with NPFY to become a volunteer or supporter?
It starts with the mentors. I have seen their impact first-hand through my daughter-in-law’s work as a mentor for New Pathways. What is most profound about watching her journey is the benefit she has personally received. I would encourage everyone to take the time to look into what it takes to become a mentor. We need each of you to continue this important mission.
