Learn More About Level Up Academy
How Does Level Up Academy Work?
Level Up Academy is a ten-week transformational mentoring program designed to jumpstart personal development for teens in Phoenix. Youth, NPFY instructors, facilitators, and volunteer mentors spend time together in a classroom setting, learning and exploring conversations that guide them through a structured curriculum that builds trust, leadership, and vision.
Each mentor receives training and ongoing support to succeed—no previous experience required.
Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome caring adults from all walks of life.
You might be a professional, student, retiree, or someone who simply believes in the power of showing up.
- Must be 21+ years old
- Commit to 1–2 hours per week for 10 weeks
- Attend and complete training sessions.
- Have or obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Be ready to listen, guide, and grow
