Caregivers’ Circle is a supportive learning community for parents, caregivers, and guardians who are raising or caring for youth.
When caregivers are supported, connected, and equipped, young people are more likely to thrive.

The Power of Connection

At New Pathways for Youth, we believe transformation happens within relationships — at home, with mentors, and within the broader community. Caregivers’ Circle strengthens those relationships by offering caregivers a space to reflect, grow, and build confidence in navigating their teen’s development.
Culturally Responsive Growth
Through culturally responsive conversations and shared learning, caregivers explore how to stay connected to their teens, understand their emotional world, and navigate change in ways that honor family values and cultural traditions.

Investing in Lasting Success

Caregivers’ Circle is about honoring lived experience, expanding the tools caregivers already have, and creating space for healing and generational growth. By investing in caregivers, we strengthen families and reinforce the foundation youth need for long-term success — in school, in relationships, and in life.
