Dare to Dream!
New Pathways’ Annual Breakfast

What’s your dream? As always, our annual breakfast is a time to celebrate our youth and imagine what’s possible. This year, we’re inviting you to join us as we “Dare to Dream: Imagine What WE Can Do Now”.

The breakfast will take place on Tuesday ,March 1 at 7:30 AM at the fabulous Phoenix Art Museum. Please join us to welcome our new CEO, Dr. Karen Johnson, and recognize our youth, mentors, and supporters for their incredible work in transforming lives and communities.

Our young people have been daring to dream all year. It’s what fuels their hard work with supportive mentors, carefully thought-out action plans, and changes to negative behavior. They’re learning to exchange the artificial barrier of low expectations for the expanse of dreams without limit.

At the “Dare to Dream” breakfast, we’ll also be celebrating a year of success, including the enrollment of students from more communities in the Valley. Additionally, our youth are graduating at a rate that’s higher than the statewide average, and many of them are pursuing additional education.

Because we dare to dream big, at this breakfast we’ll welcome, recognize, support, and celebrate the many people who’ve made this possible. We can’t do it without you there, so please rsvp at npfy.org/breakfast. For more information, please email Mary Kate at mnacke@npfy.org.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Mentoring a Young Person
A gift for any season

This holiday season, consider gifting your time as a mentor to a young person who is working hard to transform their life by creating a future of hope and possibility. Mentors with New Pathways for Youth bring stability and support to young people who are four times more likely than their peers to face adversity. Our mentors help change their lives forever.

Through mass entertainment and social media, the world presents our youth with many role models. Unfortunately, not all of them are constructive and empowering. New Pathways’ mentors work with a data-driven curriculum and staff support to open the eyes of a young person to their true, limitless potential. Our mentors provide encouragement and focus, instill confidence, and model the stability and behaviors that create space for positive transformation.

On January 8th, we’ll be holding a retreat for 8th graders from the Phoenix and Isaac Elementary School Districts who are starting high school in the Fall of 2022. Please volunteer today to awaken a hopeful young person to their own boundless potential for big dreams and achievements.

By scheduling a Mentor Introduction Session this holiday season, you will be giving a profound gift to yourself and your community.
