New Pathways for Youth Offering Free Trauma-Informed Student Support Webinar for Schools
Phoenix, AZ – June 10, 2026
At New Pathways for Youth, a leading Phoenix nonprofit youth development organization, we believe every young person deserves access to strong mentoring relationships, supportive environments, and opportunities to thrive. Through our youth mentorship programs in Phoenix, we work alongside schools to strengthen student outcomes and expand access to trauma-informed care.
One of the most impactful ways we bring this to life is through Level Up Academy, a school-based program designed to support youth development, leadership skills, and social-emotional growth for students. This mentorship program for teens focuses on building resilience, confidence, and connection—especially for young people navigating adversity.
To support schools exploring mentoring programs in Phoenix, we are hosting a Level Up Academy School Partner Webinar on June 24th from 3:00–4:00 PM. This session is designed for schools interested in partnering with us during the 2026–2027 school year and offers a closer look at how school-based mentoring programs can integrate into existing student support systems.

Rooted in trauma-informed mentoring, Level Up Academy provides a structured and relationship-centered approach that supports at-risk youth in meaningful, lasting ways. Through engaging curriculum and consistent support, students develop essential life and leadership skills, including communication, goal-setting, emotional awareness, and self-advocacy. These skills not only strengthen academic engagement but also contribute to long-term success in school, career, and life.
This work is guided by a dedicated team with deep expertise in youth mentoring and curriculum development. Mark Garcia, Director of Curriculum & Training, ensures the program aligns with best practices in positive youth development and mentoring strategies. Lindsay Stanfield, Level Up Academy Manager, leads implementation and builds strong school partnerships across the Phoenix area. Supporting both is Taylor Moschetti, Training & Curriculum Specialist, who designs and delivers impactful, high-quality curriculum grounded in real-world application and student engagement.
This program has already been adopted by schools across the Valley, including:
- Genesis Academy
- Robert L. Duffy High School
- Camelback High School
- Career Success Schools – Tech High School
- STEM Academy
These school partnerships reflect the growing demand for trauma-informed, mentorship-based support that helps students build confidence, strengthen life skills, and stay on track toward graduation and future success.
During the webinar, attendees will learn more about the Level Up Academy model, partnership expectations, and the measurable outcomes schools can expect when implementing a trauma-informed youth mentorship program. This session is ideal for principals, assistant principals, school counselors, social workers, deans, district leaders, and student support staff who are committed to strengthening youth leadership development and expanding access to supporting youth development programs in Phoenix.
