Level Up by New Pathways for Youth helps Phoenix-area youth in grades 8-11 to gain the support and skills needed to reach their goals – whatever they may be. Level Up offers 1-1 mentorship and a community of support to help you confidently decide your path and achieve your potential. Here’s how ⬇️
Joining Level Up
Step 1:
Talk to your parent or guardian about why you would like to join Level Up, and have them fill out this youth interest form.
Step 2:
The Level Up team will reach out to your parent or guardian to give more info on the Level Up mentorship program and answer any questions.
Step 3:
Our Phoenix team will meet with you one-on-one to learn more about you, your goals, and how Level Up can help you achieve them.
Step 4:
You and your parent or guardian will come to our center to complete paperwork and meet those who will be a part of your Launch.
Step 5:
You’ll join other students for our three-and-a-half-day launch, where you’ll learn more about the program and match with a mentor!

Our Level Up mentorship program is research-based and built to support your unique needs and goals. We provide 1:1 mentoring with a dedicated adult who will offer support, companionship, and help you meet your goals – all within a fun and supportive peer group. Level Up will also connect you with the resources to help you succeed.
