Help youth succeed
New Pathways for Youth serves youth between grades 8 to 11 in Phoenix, Arizona who are experiencing poverty and adversity in their lives. To refer your student or other youth in your life, please fill out the youth referral form below. For any questions about our mentorship program, Level Up, please email enroll@npfy.org. Joining Level Up
Step 1: Talk to your parent or guardian about why you would like to join Level Up, and have them fill out this youth interest form.
Step 2: The Level Up team will reach out to your parent or guardian to give more info on the Level Up mentorship program and answer any questions.
Step 3: Our Phoenix team will meet with you one-on-one to learn more about you, your goals, and how Level Up can help you achieve them.
Step 4: You and your parent or guardian will come to our center to complete paperwork and meet those who will be a part of your Launch.
Step 5: You’ll join other students for our three-and-a-half-day launch, where you’ll learn more about the program and match with a mentor!
