Wendell Cook Champion for Youth Award

When we think of champions at New Pathways for Youth, the first name that comes to mind is Wendell Cook. Many of you likely trace your connection to New Pathways back to Wendell. He has recruited countless mentors, board members, and advocates for our mission. In many ways, he embodies our core belief—that every young person can live a life of joy and purpose, confident in their ability to decide their own path.

Wendell has served our organization for many years. He has been a mentor to two young men. He has been a board member and our board chair. He has been a donor and has stepped up at critical times to ensure the continuation of the organization. He has been an advocate for our mission in the community, with his business colleagues, his family, and his friends. In short, Wendell has been a champion for the youth served at New Pathways.

Please consider joining our Transformation Society with a gift of $2,500 to support this Champion for Youth Campaign to honor the legacy of Wendell Cook. If we receive your donation by September 22, your name will be etched on a plaque that will acknowledge the establishment of the Wendell Cook Champion for Youth Award and that will be presented to Wendell at the event. We will also install a plaque permanently at our headquarters.
