PATHWAYS! March 2025

Stories You Made Possible
This month, we gathered once again for our annual Stories of Transformation breakfast, where we celebrated the incredible transformations made possible through mentorship. This year’s theme was “You Matter” – an ode to our mission to ensure every youth knows their worth and is confident in their ability to decide their own path.
Thank you to our donors, mentors, and every person who attended for supporting our mission. And a huge thank you to the youth who shared their moving poetry and powerful stories of transformation.
That morning we premiered the video above, which highlights the theory behind our life-changing programs. Check it out to learn more and see firsthand how your support is making a meaningful impact.
This AZ Gives Day, Give the Gift of Joy and Purpose
AZ Gives Day is coming up! Arizonans’ commitment to lifting each other up has always been one of the many things that make our state such an incredible place to live, and this annual celebration is the perfect demonstration of that.
This year, we invite you to carry on this special tradition and give the life-changing gift of joy and purpose to those in our community who need it most. When we transform the lives of youth, we transform our entire community for generations.
Give to NPFY on or before April 1st to make a profound, lasting impact on your local community. And, as a reminder, you can use Form 321 with QCO code 20267 to claim a credit on your 2024 state taxes of up to $938 for couples and $470 for individuals.
Meet Our New Director of People and Culture
We are thrilled to introduce Trish Anderson, our new Director of People and Culture. Her arrival marks an exciting chapter for NPFY that reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering an environment where both our team and community can thrive.
Trish’s role will include strengthening our internal culture, enhancing staff development, and ensuring that our organization remains a place where every individual feels valued and supported. She’ll be bringing over a decade of experience building inclusive, growth-centered workplaces, with a proven track record of fostering company cultures that empower team members to reach their full potential.
We are so excited to see the lasting impact she will have – not only within our organization but also in the lives of the youth, mentors, and communities we serve. Learn more about Trish and her role below.
