New Pathways For Youth Welcomes Vanesa Contreras Rodríguez as Vice President of Programs & Impact
Phoenix, AZ, October 7, 2024 – New Pathways for Youth (NPFY) is proud to announce the appointment of Vanesa Contreras Rodríguez, M.Ed., as its new Vice President of Programs & Impact. With a strong background in education, strategic programming, and community engagement, Ms. Contreras Rodríguez brings significant leadership experience to NPFY, where she will be responsible for shaping and overseeing youth mentorship and development programs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership in Higher Education from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University. She most recently served as Director of College Access at Bottom Line in Boston, MA, where she supported over 250 students annually through the college application and financial aid process. Her experience also includes managing and training teams, curriculum development, and forming strategic partnerships with educational institutions and community-based organizations.
