New Pathways for Youth Announces New Officers and Members of the Board of Directors 

Phoenix, AZ – July 19, 2024 – New Pathways for Youth is pleased to announce the appointment of new officers and members to its Board of Directors.  

  • Josh Shade, Chair  
    Josh Shade, Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank, brings close to 20 years of banking, finance, and general business experience. Now in his fifth year on the Board, he has previously served as Treasurer and Vice Chair. He also serves on the Valley Leadership Board. 
  • Adaliz Gimenez, Vice Chair
  • Adaliz Gimenez, Vice President at Bell Bank, brings over 20 years of business and banking experience. One of Arizona’s Most Influential Women in Business, Ms. Gimenez will bring valuable insights and leadership to the organization.  
  • Jay Twitchell, Treasurer  
    Jay Twitchell, Programs Manager at Arizona Public Service (APS), is well-equipped to support the financial stability essential for the organization’s growth and outreach. Arizona born and raised by teacher parents, Jay believes that education and youth success as cornerstones of community development. 
  • Robin White, Secretary 
    Robin White is a community volunteer with a background in mortgage banking. A New Pathways for Youth mentor and past Chair of the Board Governance Committee, Ms. White has been actively involved in organizations such as Arizona Heart Walks and United Way. 

Additionally, New Pathways for Youth welcomes four new Board Members: 

Vanessa Hinkle, Vice President of People and Culture at evolvedMD 

CJ Miller, Partner & Lead Financial Planner at Sensible Money 

Mariela Jurado, Director of Corporate Communications at Sigma 

Laura Wallace, Senior Vice President and Chief Engagement Officer at Desert Financial Credit Union
