From the youth we serve to the dedicated team that drives our mission, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we are thrilled to welcome Trish Anderson as our new Director of People and Culture—a role that reflects our unwavering commitment to fostering an environment where both our team and community can thrive. 

Trish brings a wealth of experience in human resources, education, and organizational development. With a Master’s in Education Administration and SHRM-CP certification, she has spent over a decade building inclusive, growth-centered workplaces. Her leadership at Grand Canyon University and other organizations showcased her ability to enhance employee well-being, streamline recruitment processes, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She has a proven track record of fostering workplace cultures that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
