At New Pathways for Youth, our commitment to intentional stewardship ensures that every dollar, volunteer hour, and partnership directly fuels life-changing opportunities for young people across Phoenix.
We believe every young person deserves a consistent, caring adult in their corner and the tools to recognize their strengths, build critical skills, and realize their full potential. Honoring the trust of our supporters, we have directed resources where they create the most sustainable impact:
- Expanding Targeted Mentorship: New Level Up cohorts have united youth and mentors in relationships rooted in trust and transformation, while the expansion of Level Up Academy reaches younger participants to build earlier foundations for positive development.
- Enriching Youth Horizons: Dedicated community funding supported immersive experiences, including the Summer Fair, Youth Aviation Academy, and our annual Stories of Transformation Breakfast—fostering confidence, career curiosity, and family connection.
- Investing in Long-Term Success: Post-secondary scholarship allocations continue to remove financial barriers, empowering youth to pursue higher education, vocational training, and stable career paths.
