Introducing Level Up! Same Mission, New Name

New Pathways for Youth (NPFY) is launching Level Up, the refreshed name and identity of its signature teen program. The youth program was previously unnamed, and Level Up accurately represents what the program is about, and the impact it has on Phoenix youth

Level Up provides youth with the support, stability, and skills that they need to choose their own path, level up their lives, and achieve their goals. Level Up provides 1:1 mentoring with a dedicated adult and a proven program for personal growth, including tailored goal setting and connection to vital resources, all within a supportive peer group.

“We hope that Level Up speaks to our youth as something they can own and take pride in,” said Karen D. Johnson, Ph.D., President & CEO of New Pathways for Youth. “We know that Level Up will help even more youth reach their full potential, and we’re excited to see its growth.”

New Pathways hosted a focus group with their youth to understand which aspects of the program resonated with them and what they thought was missing. After gathering feedback, NPFY began the creative process that deliberately developed a new name, tagline and visual identity that accurately represents the program and the youth who participate.

Level Up reflects the growth that youth experience in the program, and the milestones that they achieve every day. New Pathways hopes to expand Level Up to serve more youth across the valley, ensuring that every young person can live their life with joy and purpose, confident in their ability to decide their own path.
