Impact and Collaboration That Moves Community Forward

Phoenix, AZ | May 6, 2026

We are proud to stand alongside Advance Community as they officially launch Pa’ Adelante, the local identity that brings decades of their work in Arizona into one clear, unified direction. And we want to invite our community to be part of the celebration.

About the Launch Event

On May 6th, Advance Community is hosting an evening of networking, food, drinks, and music to mark this milestone: launching Pa’Adelante, their local identity. Leaders, partners, and community members from across Arizona will be in the room, including Latino leaders who are driving real change in our state.

If you care about community, connection, and the future of Arizona, this is a room worth being in.

Why This Matters to New Pathways for Youth

This celebration feels close to home for us, and not just because of our shared commitment to the Phoenix community.

Those of you who know our work know that Caminos was born from a similar belief: that the young people we serve deserve to see themselves in the adults who show up for them. Pa’ Adelante is rooted in that same principle: both initiatives understand that serving Latino communities well means honoring their culture, reflecting their identity, and investing in their future with intention.

We also know that systemic change does not happen in isolation. When health is a barrier, everything else becomes harder: the stability our youth need, the focus their education requires, the foundation their futures depend on. Advance’s work fills gaps that ours cannot, and our work reaches people that theirs may not yet touch. That is not overlap. That is collaboration working exactly as it should.

As Advance steps into this next chapter, New Pathways for Youth is cheering them on, and we hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone.
