From Representation to Results: New Pathways’ CAMINOS Takes the Stage at UNITE 2026 

At New Pathways for Youth, we believe our work is strongest when it is shaped with the communities we serve. By inviting community voice into the way we build and share our mission, our impact becomes deeper, more intentional, and more rooted in the people at the center of this work. 

This August, NPFY will join nonprofit leaders from across Arizona at the 2026 UNITE Conference hosted by Arizona Impact for Good. The session, titled “From Representation to Results: Building a Culturally Rooted Engagement Model That Grows Donors, Volunteers, and Advocates,” will be presented by Farrah Fiegener, VP of Community Impact, alongside Carlos L. Velasco CEO of Novle. 

The “From Representation to Results” session will highlight the work and lessons learned through Caminos, offering New Pathways for Youth an opportunity to share that experience with a statewide audience of nonprofit leaders. For us, this participation is about joining a broader conversation with peers, partners, and organizations working toward the greater community good. 

The 2026 UNITE Conference, hosted by Arizona Impact for Good, will take place Wednesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 21, 2026, at the Desert Willow Conference Center. 

UNITE brings together nonprofit professionals, community partners, and sector leaders who are committed to strengthening organizations and deepening impact across Arizona. NPFY’s participation is an opportunity to learn alongside others, contribute to the field, and share experiences that may support organizations serving Latino communities and beyond. 

This work has been shaped by a much larger community. It reflects the voices, experiences, and leadership of mentors, youth, families, partners, staff members, and Caminos Advisory Council members who helped guide and strengthen the effort.
