Transform lives
with us!
At New Pathways for Youth, we’re passionate about discovering new possibilities for young people and supporting them as they achieve their full potential. Over the past 30 years, we’ve transformed the lives of over 7,000 youth — youth who experience poverty and four times the adversity of others their age — to overcome the barriers they face and change the trajectory of their life.
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team as we work to transform the lives of even more youth in our community.
Equity, diversity and Inclusion
At New Pathways for Youth, we celebrate the diversity of our youth, our mentors, our partners and collaborators, and our team. Equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential to our mission of awakening the full human potential. Just as our program with youth is holistic, so is our approach to leadership.
We know that representation matters. We are passionate about creating a collaborative workplace that promotes and values every voice, including those most marginalized, such as black, indigenous, people of color, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and gendernonconforming members.
We strive to create a community where our youth see themselves in our mentors and in our staff.
We appreciate that new ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results.
Every member of our community is empowered to bring their full and authentic selves to our work.
Our commitment to equity is a deeply held value, but it is also a practical necessity for the organization to achieve its objectives. As much as we are proud of creating a diverse and inclusive organization, we must do more. We endeavor to take concrete action and hold ourselves accountable.
Commitment to Equal Opportunity
New Pathways for Youth believes that all people are entitled to equal employment opportunity and is proud to promote such belief. It is the Company’s policy on recruitment, hiring, upgrading, training, promotion, transfer, discipline, layoff, recall and termination to provide equal opportunity at all times without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status physical handicap, medical condition, or status as a Vietnam-era or special disabled veteran.
