New Pathways for Youth works with youth in our Transformative Mentoring Program to provide college and career readiness support beginning as early as age 12. Through social, emotional, and academic learning curricula, youth begin developing the essential skills to be successful in school and career. Additionally, adult mentors support the youth’s goal of college or career through intentional activities and supportive conversations that build the youth’s academic resume.
Our college and career readiness program elements include:
- College and career focused workshops that navigate the college application and scholarship process for high school seniors.
- Transitional workshops and support post high school graduation.
