When you join Caminos, you will be trained through our supportive Level Up program, where you become part of a community of mentors from diverse backgrounds, equipped to support youth effectively.

Level Up with Caminos

Level Up is a research-based program designed to empower youth, helping them achieve remarkable outcomes with the guidance of dedicated mentors.

95% of our youth graduate high school.

80% go on to post-secondary education or training, with 75% being the first generation in their family to do so.

Begin Your Training

Begin your mentor training classes while we check your background and contact a few personal references.

Attend Level Up Launch

We’ll schedule you to attend an upcoming 3-day Level Up Launch where you will be matched with your mentee.
