Decades of Generosity: Thank You, Land Advisors Organization

Representatives from Land Advisors Organization present a donation check to New Pathways for Youth, celebrating nearly $24,000 raised through the 2025 Phoenix Land & Housing Forecast event.

Every December, Land Advisors Organization gathers the Phoenix real estate community for their annual Phoenix Land & Housing Forecast, a premier event that brings together some of the most knowledgeable voices in land brokerage and development across the Valley. And for as long as this event has been held, New Pathways for Youth is honored to be chosen again as a beneficiary.

We are deeply grateful to announce that the Land Advisors Organization has gifted nearly $24,000 to New Pathways for Youth from their 2025 proceeds. This gift represents the belief of an entire professional community that young people in our city deserve a future full of possibility.
