Celebrating Growth and Leadership at NPFY

At New Pathways for Youth, we often say that transformation is a journey—one we commit to alongside the youth we serve, and one we live out every day as a team. Today, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate a group of exceptional individuals whose hard work, heart, and leadership have shaped the fabric of our organization.

• Emily Taracena, Program Success Manager 

• Anahi Estala Ortiz, Senior Mentor Recruitment Coordinator 

• Manny Nieto, Program Impact Coordinator 

• Denise Gaona, Program Operations Lead 

Each of these team members has been an integral part of NPFY’s evolution. They’ve shown up with consistency, creativity, and deep care—whether they were guiding mentors, building systems, supporting our youth through critical milestones, or connecting our mission with the broader community. 

These promotions are  a reflection of years of dedication, growth, and belief in what’s possible. These are professionals who have poured their best into this work, helping to scale our impact and deepen the quality of every experience we offer. They lead by example, driven by the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to live with joy and purpose. 

As we look to the future, we do so with confidence, knowing we have team members like Farrah, Sarah, Beatriz, Emily, Anahi, Manny, and Denise helping guide the way.
